Terms & Conditions


1♦         Whilst we endeavour to ensure the prices on our website are as accurate as possible, we reserve the right to change a price in exceptional circumstances. If a price is corrected due to exceptional circumstances, customers will be informed of the change before payment is processed and offered the opportunity to cancel the order. If an order is placed for an item with an erroneous price, and the erroneous price is less than the cost price of the item, we reserve the right to offer to process the order at cost price or give the customer the opportunity to cancel the order.


 1♦         We use couriers & Royal Mail to deliver, and always aim to deliver for the next working day, subject to stock and the time the order was received, except Saturday and Sunday,

2♦          All deliveries will require a signature. Please ensure that you can sign for the parcel between 830 am to 6.00 pm.

3♦          Before accepting delivery please check the item isn't damaged. Once signed for, our couriers accept no liability for any potential damage caused in transit. By accepting the goods, you   are signing to say that they have been received in good condition.

4♦          Any refused deliveries will be checked upon their return and we reserve the right to charge an administration fee if they are found not to be faulty or damaged.

5♦          Any orders received after 3.00 pm cannot be guaranteed for next day delivery. We accept no liability for costs incurred as a result of non or delayed delivery.

6♦         Our delivery costs are for UK mainland only; i.e. England, Wales and parts of Scotland.  Delivery to the Highlands and Islands, Ireland, and the Channel Islands are subject to separate delivery charges,

 7♦         Items are by a weight-based delivery (i.e. Up to 1Kg, up to 2Kg and so on) some items need to be special packet for delivery (i.e. LAMPS, ACRYLIC SCEENS) this will show up as bigger weight on your invoice  & will be price accordingly (i.e. LAMPS £35.00 & ACRLIC SCEENS £30.00 up £90.00 if thie sceen needs pallet to be sent out).

NOTE: If you have not received your item(s) within the UK after 7 days from ordering, you MUST inform us immediately. We cannot resolve any non-delivery claims after 14 days of non-receipt.

ALL ADDRESSES MUST BE CORRECT when you place your order. We cannot be held responsible for any mis-spelt or incorrect addresses or post codes. It is the customer's responsibility to check this when ordering.

Return & Refund Policy 

1♦         If you return goods to us, unopened, within 14 days of dispatch, we will refund the amount charged for the goods (but not the shipping charge). We advise you obtain proof of posting from the post office.

2♦        We shall only refund your money where: 1) The goods arrive damaged or faulty, or, 2) The goods have been incorrectly dispatched.

3♦        We regret that no refunds will be given on products already opened. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Non-defective Return Policy

Unused lamps that are in their original packaging can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase if the lamps purchased were the wrong size, wattage or compatibility. All transporation costs will be the responsibility of the customer. A restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price may be charged for non-defective returns. Tanning lamps are non-returnable once used or opened if non-defective.


We are not VAT register.
